Welcome to Mithila shopping portal. Mithila provides an on-line platform for buying, selling and display of ethnic Indian garments, sarees and accessories (herein referred to as ‘Products’) under the brand Mithila.

The terms and conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy form an Agreement regulating our relationship with the regards of the use of Mithila by you. The Term “Mithila” or ’us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website www.mithila.store. The term you refers to the user or viewer of our website. Your visit to and use of this website are governed by the terms and policies that are posted on this website. Mithila reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.

USE OF WEBSITE
You may use this website for browsing or purchasing our products. It is for your personal use only and not to download or modify any portion of it. This permission does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; or any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Mithila. You may not use any proprietary information (including images, text, and page layout) of www.mithila.com

PRICING
We strive to provide you with the best prices. The default prices displayed for products on our website is in Indian Rupees (INR) which represents the full price of the product, inclusive of tax. Prices when displayed in other currencies are only indicative. The actual price paid by the customer will be as converted and computed by your credit card provider.

We try our utmost to make the information on our website as accurate and  up-to-date as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free or complete. We request you to notify us of any such inaccuracies so that we can correct them immediately.

CANCELLATION
When you choose products and pay for them on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. An order can be cancelled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping your order. Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility. In case Blouse stitching, fall /pico, blouse detachment or tasseling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged or if its a misfit kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Mithila team. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.

The photos of all products are taken under natural lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to represent the exact product color. But sometimes the colors may vary slightly from the actual product. Please ensure that sarees are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy. Once team Mithila decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange and this is subject to the product availability.

CUSTOM ORDERS/ FALLS PICO STITCHING
Customers are advised to review their product measurements before submitting them. In case you’ve forgotten to provide some information while placing the order, you can always email us (mithilakrsaangi@gmail.com) and we will be happy to do whatever is possible. If any change of measurement requests that are communicated within 12 hours of placing the order, the request will not be entertained.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Mithila is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we will inform you within 2 days of your purchase date and process a refund to your credit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

DISCLAIMER
Mithila shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any such natural disaster, war, strike, lockout, governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/ intervention/ direction/ prohibition or change in law/international law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
